 Accomplishes her/duty of care in a child friendly manner ensuring children under her/his care are not exposed to any form of stressful situation.
 Plan activities she/he is assigned to facilitate based on best interest and needs of children.
 Understand children the main actors in their own development and encourage them in decision making of matters that affects them. Example: As to what to do when and where.
 Listen to whatever children would like say and their feelings and respond positively.
 Closely follow up individual child participation in activities and identify children with special needs.
 Actively attend supportive trainings and experience sharing meetings
 Accomplishes individual and collective assignments given by her/his supervisors.
 Closely work with parents of the children to ensure the child is in a safe environment both in the center and at home.
 Keep eyes on young children during group plays and avoid harmful exercises.

AMAN FOUNDATION :

Role Payed:
• Ensure timely completion of assigned annual targets.
• Responsible for mobilizing the community through dialogue, awareness rising, using PRA tools to identify causes of local problems and their solutions.
• Formation of Mohalla Management Committee (MMC) in each assigned paara to take ownership and management at local level for the service provision.
• Provide facilitation in the group formation, making Bi-laws/ policies election of representatives, record keeping/ training, capacity building of MMC, ensure active community support for the project activities and take the ownership.
• Facilitates monthly meetings of MMC’s and participate/ represent ACHP.
• Identify and proactively communicate issues that might affect the project implementation and engage community support with guidance from community coordinate.
• Collection and dissemination of information between communities, ACHP and stakeholders.
• Reporting the progress on regular basis.
• Carry out other project related functional roles as requested and guided by ACHP management.
